I had never known the true meaning of Freedom until I came in direct contact with both the National Chairman and Secretary General of the SCYL some time in August 2003
in Abuja. I have read about so many different Causes and Struggles for freedom but none is as historically clear and legitimate as the Southern Cameroons Cause for Independence.
I see the Southern Cameroons Youth League as the only way forward in freeing the suffering and persecuted people of the Southern Cameroons and I have vowed to do all I can to give
the SCYL my unflinching support. If our generation goes to sleep then the future generation is doomed in the hands of brutal tyrants like Biya. We, the African Youths must
give everything to free ourselves and our continent from these monsters living amongst us. The SCYL must be applauded for its efforts. I am glad to be one of them and
accepted this way. I am guite sure that the Southern Cameroons will be FREE!
After I met with
Chairman Akwanga, I came to realise that the cost for freedom is paid by Sacrifice, Courage, Determination and Honesty. And the unity of a people is in
the hands of the young, the old men are full of ideas that are too clumsy to be channeled to this Cause. Therefore Freedom is like Gold that have to pass through
the fire before it glitters its true nature. From my heart of hearts I wish the

My names are Daniel Ogbadu Edogbo. I hailed from Inye in Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State of Nigeria.
I was born on the 12th of October 1975, at the above named village to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Edogbo Mamodu.
I came in contact with the (SCYL)
when I read the book "Smiling Through Hardship" authored by the leader of the SCYL. The sheading
facts exposed in the book and the personal trials of Chairman Akwanga Jnr. are enough evidence for any right thinking lover of freedom to
understand the plight of the people of the former British Southern Cameroons whose only crime is a demand for self determination wrongly denied them by theUnited Nations in the year 1961.
As an African, I see no reason whatsoever why I should not be a party to ensure that slavery and oppression comes to an end for the
freedom and emancipation of the Southern Cameroons from the hands of the brutal tyrant.
I hope others will join me to help these suffering people.
I am George Augustine Ninedéys, a West African from Akwa-Ibom State of The Federal
Republic of Nigeria. Born in the former Bendel State of Nigeria in the 70s.
It took me a long time to make my comment because it was very hard to believe that there could be at this time and age of civility, a beastly figure in the image
of a cannibal.
Following the passing away of a cannibalistic being such as Idi-Amin of Uganda, I never taught there could be another such as him until I discovered
that there has been a clone of him with identical Barbaric "DNA" in the person of PAUL BIYA, the Barbaric & Brutal President of La Republique du Comeroun, terrorising
and putting the peaceful people of The Southern Cameroons under annexation.
It is saddening to understand that the world is a spectator to a government which genocidal attacks become response to harmless plea from a people for Total Freedom, which
is given by God freely to every one and all.
When will the cry of this called "minority" be heard?Where is the brotherhood we are claiming to share as Africans where there
are traitors of our peaceful existence in our midst?
There must be peace in Africa. The struggle for Total Liberation form Annexation, brutality, terrorism and majority domination in Africa
is not just the Fight for The Southern Cameroonians alone but should be a Fight for Africa as a whole. I solicit the intervention
of the Civilized and International Communities in this struggle for Peace and Total Freedom, to eradicate Tyrants and Terrorists from out midst and especially from the Southern
Cameroons.
"Dear Ebenezer, since the opportunity to talk to you this last week end, I became so aware of
the difficult situation that you and the rest of the comrades are in. I am in the committee to form solidarity movement with Black
Africans in Switzerland. Many of our asylum seekers from Africa are sent back indiscriminately and many stay in Asylum houses for up to three years with many of their
human rights stripped.
It is not by chance that I am involved in these subjects, raised in South Africa under the Apartheid System and having fought with
and for freedom with the ANC and United Democratic Front, I know what human rights violations are and today 10 years after our freedom many of our people still continue to suffer.
Involved in the Debt and Reparation Campaign, I know how dirty the Western World Fights. Europe is so narrow and conservative..... On a better note I
am holding/crossing all that can be crossed that your future will be brighter than it has been before. You are a great fighter and many of us stand by your Cause.

I am called Iyoho Emmanuel Ezekiel,
born on January 12, 1975 and hails from Etinan Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I am a Christian, Single and holder of a
BSc (Hons.) in Political Science and Public Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism.
No cause, this century to me is as vivid and easy to understand like the one concerning my brothers and sisters of the Southern Cameroon. As a native of Akwa Ibom State, I am glad to be sharing a common
boarder with these people, who despite the barbaric injustices upon them and their Country by the French speaking Republic of Cameroon, have never given up the aspiration of recreating their Homeland.
I duff my hat to them and to all of you who suffer out there for the Cause of Freedom. My Christian doctrine has placed me in a unique position to see the trueness of the Southern Cameroons Cause; I
know they will be free. I will do my best to stand by my people because it will be doing injustice to my heart if I do not do so. I am with you, members of the Southern Cameroons Youth League! I am
with you, dear Southern Cameroonians. Just hold on and put your courage and braveness into action, and in a little while, you will obtain your freedom.

Adeyi in the city of Jos the capital city of Plateau State, Northern Nigeria. I relocated to Abuja the Federal Capital Territory to complete my secondary school Education.
I met Mr. Ebenezer Derek Mbongo Akwanga.., Jr., the Chairman of the SCYL (Southern Cameroons Youth League). Mr. Ebenezer is a man that doesn’t relent on his effort until he gets what he wanted;
through him I came to realize that the fight for Freedom is a continuous fight until the aim is achieved.

It is disheartening to know that specie like a Dragon truly exist in form of human in the 21st and revolutionized Century. The
actions of Biya (The Dragon) regime and the Tele-guided Extinction Plan of The Successive French Government against the people of The Southern Cameroons are not only "Barbaric"
but genocide, wicked, criminal and should not be allow to go unpunished.
It is indeed time for The United Nations and the various Countries who voted for the Independence of the people of The Southern
Cameroons in a Highly Esteemed "UN Resolution" to stand up all to their responsibilities. It should be noted also that those who voted in trusteeship for the Independence were those who truly honour and respects "The Right of All Human Being To Live and Be
Respected" while all those who voted against were all colony and pupils of their respective master; The French Colony.These
explain why the French Government have maintained rigorous Terrorising and Militancy's presence in the Cameroun to suppress the yarning of the Peace Loving People of
The Southern Cameroons for Total/Unconnditional Independence and Liberation! from the United Nations has it were contained in the Trusteeship Bid.
The Monarchical Head of Government: The Queen of England and British Government should as a matter of Fear of God and Respect for the Right of All to live freely,
fulfil their International Responsibility which was sheared away from in 1961 to the People of The Southern Cameroons NOW!
I am urgently calling on the United Nations, The Commonwealth, The United States of America, The Monarchical Queen of England,
The British Government and other Freedom Lovely Governments to stand up and stop the French International flouting of Right of the Southern Cameroons for Independence
through sponsored Brutality of these People by the Biya's Regime.
I also use this opportunity to call on all Freedom Loving People around the world to stand up and let us Fight the French Tele-Guided
Extinction Plan and the Biya Tyranny and Brutal Regime against the people of The Southern Cameroons.
