A/ - GENESIS:
I am sorry for the lateness of this report. Frankly, I knew that I must get one ready but the intonation of the so-called PRESS CONFERENCE which was used to castigate the SCYL and its Leadership now warrants me to: "state the facts" as they were not as the MBINGLO-NDANGAM duo wants it to be. And when the facts are clearly stated, it will then be clear that I have once more SAVE my persecuted and suffering people from the claws of these always ready VAMPIRES.

Going to BANJUL was never the idea of the SCYL. It was the lofty idea of the indefatigable Dr. Martin Ayong Ayim with some three other concern Southern Cameroonians who were worried of the outcome of Banjul, that the real facts will not be stated to our people. Events to come in the days proved them right. The money they put together was sent to Dr. Ayim to send down to me but he was too busy with other STATE MATTERS so when he was ready to send the money, I had already left ABUJA for LAGOS making it impossible for me to collect the money from my Abuja base. The money came through WESTERN UNION but because the Banks in Lagos were not conversant with my WORLD SERVICE AUTHORITY PASSPORT, they refused to pay me: this was just a day left for me to pay for my flight. Frustrated, I called Dr. Ayim who after some deliberations with me accepted to send the money again through Dr. Gumne's name so that he collects and pay my flight and gives me the balance. We agreed that I should call Gumne to inform him of the changes which I did but unfortunately he hurriedly went to the bank under very heavy rains when Dr Ayim was still in bed in the States. This is how we missed collecting the money on Friday, April 29.Dr. Gumne finally picked me up at my hide-out on Monday with a car he hired for the banks still under the rains and we finally got the money. It should be noted here that before leaving Abuja, we had agreed over the phone with Dr. Gumne that departure for Banjul will be on Sunday, May 1 in order for us to at least reach there on time, but here was AKWANGA with no air ticket and no prospects of reaching out for the Mission confided on me by the Southern Cameroonian People, in time. I kept my patience hoping that something good will turn out for this trip. The events ahead will prove me right.

I want to state here that I am a novice in issues concerning travelling by air. I have never really seen an airport worth the name before not to talk of entering a helicopter. The nearest I have gone closer to one of these big Whiteman’s bird is the stuff that the CDC have been using to spray bananas against the "panama disease”. I was indeed very excited and by missing this Sunday programme, I wasn't really glad and I was equally worried that we may arrive in Banjul when the LEKE TANDONG EATERS must have done the worst against our Country and left. I also wish to state here that of the US $750 collected for my fare, Dr. GUMNE still got US $30 from it to use it to run around. Actually, he collected US $550 to use $515 dollars for my air ticket (round ticket) and I was left with just US $200 which was to serve for my lodging and feeding in a strange land.

Following the mails I received from my junior ones under gross brutality in the University of Buea and their demand for me to add my voice on their plea, I entered into the 200 dollars and butchered it into two, using 100 dollars to prepare a LIVE VIDEO MESSAGE for the Students. This was then sent to the SCYL WEBSITE WEBMASTER in Abuja by Express bus service for him to slot into the Website Link: Breakfast This Month and this was done. After this, I was left with just something less than 100 dollars. How will I make it with this amount in Banjul? As usual, I had to turn to my dear wife, Agnes Akwanga in the United States who at the time was still resolving some very pressing family matters but, in her usual understanding, care and un-cunning patriotism for the CAUSE, she had to send me US $200 under Dr. Gumne's name to avoid the type of embarrassment I had earlier got with the 750 dollars package.

We finally got this money on Tuesday, May 3 and Dr. Gumne drove me somewhere almost at the outskirts of Lagos on "a very important mission" for the CAUSE which I do not know up to date. After spending quite sometime waiting for his contact, he finally asked me to go and wait for him in the car outside and I did with all respect. A few minutes later, he came out and walk past me heading to his rendezvous point. He returned some quarter of an hour or so later and told the driver of the hired car to take me to the airlines office because it was getting late, and to drop him on the way and that, after we finish at the airlines office, the driver should take me back to were they had picked me up in the morning and then go home and wait for him. I never asked any questions because I knew that he too must have paid for his own ticket earlier. We arrived the airlines office of Belleview airlines at about 4:15 pm only for me to be told that my booking for Banjul had been cancelled. I was confused and tried to concoct a reason for the delay in payment and with the grace of the GOOD LORD; the person in charge was able to create another space for me since the flight was not yet full. I further wish to state here that of the 550 dollars Dr. Gumne earlier took, he gave me 520 dollars for my fare so after paying the 515 dollars, I had a balance of 5 dollars.

B/ - TO THE MURITALA MOHAMMED INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
A first time experience in everything always brings in so much expectation. My situation was not different. Dr. Gumne had given me a call at about 8:00 pm that Tuesday, May 3 after having probably seen his "very important mission" through and we both decided to be up as early as possible for the trip to the Airport. I had told him that I will be up by 5:00 am waiting for him. Like I said before, I had up to this day never entered a real Airport nor entered a plane before. What I grew up to know as Airports are the remains of history in TIKO, BESSONGABANG and BALI. The whole idea therefore of going to the airport was new to me, and even when I went there once to receive the SCYL SCRIBE in 2003 after the dramatic rescue mission in Kondengui, he can testify that I was unable to really differentiate between the Domestic section from the International section. So the whole idea of flying with someone like Dr. Gumne beside me who was well vested in this white-man "dogthology" was quite exciting. Little did I know that I was just dreaming, and that even I do not, really know who Dr. Gumne is? I am still to come to terms with what transpired that day.

I woke up as agreed and waited until a few minutes past 6:30 am and made a call to him to find out why he was not yet there to pick me up. His phone was no longer in service. I tried several times but received the same message. ASK ME WHAT HAPPENED! I mean that you should ask me what has happened to a line we have used without any hitch the previous day. I know Nigeria for its usual mobile communication network problem and thought it was one of those very bad days when everything goes sour with the network. How will I now reach him so that we get to the airport in time and avoid the usual traffic jam of Lagos? How will I get to him? I was unable to answer this question and just had to be patient waiting for God dot! All those of The League with me who were waiting for my departure were equally worried and confused and as if this waiting was not enough, Dr. Gumne called me at about 8:00am asking where I was, saying he was just some minutes from the Airport. I was so confused and angry and when I asked him why he did not pass around as agreed to pick me up when he knows that I did not know the way through and we had to move together." I thought you had gone ahead", was his reply and I was further shocked. He then said he was making a U-Turn to come and pick me up and let me wait for him. Note here that Dr. Gumne did not call me with his usual line but, used a new line which he seemed to have gotten only on the eve of "our departure" .I thought he was using a Call-Box but as we became more worried I decided to try the line he had just used in reaching out to me, it was GUMNE who answered the call. I became more worried as to why he should change his line on the day we were leaving for Banjul. You will surely answer this yourself or you may read between the lines of the events ahead and know why he did this.

Finally he arrived with the car and I took the seat beside him at the back, after-all we were now legally the car owners. I knew his luggage was in the boot. He soon opened a brown envelope he was carrying and showed me some vital documents of the CAUSE amongst which was the Map of the Southern Cameroons which LRC was to tell the COMMISSION later on Friday, May 6 that they have never seen before and never knew that one existed. Thus exposing their stupidity and blindness to the World, proving that they are Wilderness dreamers; there was also an old currency of what our Country had used before the International Conspiracy inherent in UN General Assembly Resolution 1352(xiv) of the 16th of October 1959, took us into this mess which we are working to put right and yet others are doing all they can to make sure we remain in it forever; there was also a Stamp which LRC had produced in the 90'S for use in her postal services with the Map of LRC thereon, clearly omitting the Territory of The Southern Cameroons; there was Ahmadou Babatoura Ahidjo's statement issued on the change of currency from the Pounds to the Franc CFA; there were equally some pictures of those they called "the terrorists of the SCYL in Kondengui" as labelled by MBINGLO and supported by NDANGAM at the Press misstatement. He gave this envelope to me with instructions to hand same to Professor CARLSON ANYANGWE and AUGUSTINE NDANGAM. Their names were clearly written on the envelope. So it was at this juncture I realised that Dr. Gumne and the Lagos based Counsel were not going to Banjul. He never told me that he was not going with me and I did my best not to ask but took note of this act and decided to focus on the trip and mission ahead of me.

We arrived the Airport together and after I checked in, Dr. Gumne whom I knew was leaving for The Gambia with me was now on the side telling me good bye without even the slightest courtesy of telling me why he was not going nor to tell me to explain to his team already there why he was not to be there. Money was not the problem; he and the Lawyer were given more than enough as pitted against my emergency fare. The Man, who had actually sued LRC, (after-all the case file clearly states that:
“Dr. Kevin Ngwang Gumne and Others versus La Republique Du Cameroun”)
has abandoned me on my first exciting air trip with no explanation. Do you wonder if this is true? If you do then you are not in this CAUSE and, do not really know this generation who gave us away and are seemingly giving us the impression that they want to get us out of where they took us, while their main aim is to continue to ride on our backs until their days are gone. This is exactly the mentality of the old guard in the Southern Cameroons Cause! This is the way this unrepentant generation wants us to believe they too want our FREEDOM!

Dr. Gumne left, and I was now left alone to get through the Immigration Check. The next drama was the interrogation over my WORLD SERVICE AUTHORITY PASSPORT. An argument ensued between me and the Immigration Officers but when I produced other relevant UNHCR documents, their Boss asked them to stamp my passport so that I go into the waiting Lounge. The person in charge now dropped the passport issue and, raised a strange one; that I was a Nigerian as I am called AKWANGA and was trying to play a fast one over them but, when the boss asked him to stamp my passport, he said the Nigerian Government have said some 5 years ago my type of passport should not accepted, so he will not stamp it but, I was free to travel to Banjul. I went through finally and I now knew my first air trip experience was not far away. We left the Muritala Mohammed International Airport at about 11:30 am, thirty minutes later than scheduled because, we were travelling with the Nigerian Under - 17 Football side which was bound for The Gambia to take part in the 6th African Under - 17 Nations Cup. We had a brief 40 minutes stop over at the LUIGI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF FREETOWN, SIERRA LEONE. Two hours forty five minutes later after leaving Lagos, our BOEING 737 D of BELLEVIEW AIRLINES finally landed at the BANJUL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT in The Gambia after circling the skies for some twenty minutes waiting for clearance.

C/ - THE BANJUL CONNECTION
Arriving Banjul was a real excitement to me and an accomplishment for those who thought of the trip and did all to make it possible at very short notice. As we descended the plane, we were taken to the arrival Lounge by The Gambia Airways Special Bus Service and it was time to check out into the discovery of this great Land of Tourism. I allowed a few people whom I had travelled with to go through so I could learn the clearing procedure. I had no Letter of invitation as Dr. Gumne never got one from the NET for me, I did not take note of the PROTOCOL OFFICER from the ACHPR who was there to help people like us reach the venue. I took the normal channel and everything was going on well until the Immigration Officer checking us in saw that my passport was not stamped at the point of departure. I tried to give the story as it was but he was not convinced the least and asked me to wait aside. I waited for another 90 minutes and became restless as the population was ebbing away and he was not even thinking of me. I made another approach towards him showing all relevant documents but he still was not sure of who I was or where I was going to. He even suspected that I must have pulled a fast one at the Lagos Airport and was thus entitled to pay my dues the African Way. I tried not to understand and he then called in his boss, an Inspector who came barking, claiming that I was a criminal and cannot be allowed into The Gambia. When I became furious and shouted, "Oh! My God, what else must I SAY TO GET MYSELF UNDERSTOOD!” he too shouted back asking me to go and call "that your GOD to come and speak for you". I kept my calm so much so that I was virtually surprised with my composure and at about 5:15 pm Gambia time, I was taking into the Office of the Main Immigration Chief where they were supposed to arrange my return to Nigeria with the next available flight. A certain Nigerian whose family had a "similar problem" and had acted the usual way advise me to do same. How was this going to be possible, I asked myself for I have never given bribe before no matter the circumstances? I mean giving money on the basis of a bribe! He opted to help me soiled their lips and we jointly concluded that it will be 600 dallases, The Gambia currency. But when this youngman who had just performed a similar rite successfully a few minutes ago went in to pay my kudos, he was now asked to produce his Residence Permit before they can release me. Knowing now that I was virtually a prisoner, I pulled one of my Kondengui strings in the typical SOCADEF way and, dived into the town. I finally found my way under serious difficulties to the CORINTHIA ATLANTIC HOTEL the venue of the 37th SESSION OF THE AFRICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN AND PEOPLES RIGHTS [ACHPR]. Two minutes into my arrival, I met the relative of Professor ANYANGWE (name withheld) who was so glad and very helpful. I immediately booked in my presence as an OBSERVER of the SCYL and Leader of the Southern Cameroons Youth League. He told me that we have to wait as Professor Anyangwe will be there to pick him up so we can meet the other two: NDANGAM and MBINGLO and also check me into a hotel since staying in the CORINTHIA was too expensive: 30 Pounds a night, this was even so because the COMMISSION had negotiated for people coming for the Session.

My reunion for the first time with Professor ANYANGWE was so touching. He was indeed glad to see me again and in his own words: "This is wonderful and a real miracle that you are what you are before me. I thought I was going to see a completely finished man but, you look so strong, stronger than many can really expect to see. This is a wonderful day!" "No, you are fine, you are fine!" We all then took the way to the hotel where "the other two" where, that is PRINCESS DIANA HOTEL which is directly opposite The Gambia High Court. We met these other two in a drinking spot next to their hotel and it was NDANGAM who recognised me, after-all he had been in the CAUSE for so long and, only those who had joined the CAUSE by fate not by design can really know each other. I knew MBINGLO but he did not know me. The first remarks of NDANGAM were: "Ha - ah, we were just talking about you when you people just came in. How was the trip?" I replied that all was fine except for the airport delays due to the passport issue. MBINGLO's opening statements were simple: "Mr. Akwanga, how are you? Do you know me? Or have you seen my photo before?" I know you very well. I immediately opened my bag and handed the mail meant for NDANGAM and Prof. Anyangwe to Ndangam. "What is happening?” said NDANGAM, Is he not coming?" Reacted Prof. Anyangwe and Ndangam simultaneously. "I am sorry for he told me nothing. We didn't discuss anything on whether he is coming or not. What I can say is that he merely gave me this envelope to give to you and he showed me the contents. I was myself surprised that he did not travel with me and told me nothing to this regard." "He told me that they are other Airlines that he will use and come", replied NDANGAM. The two then asked us to seat but I was too tired and I pleaded with "our wonderful host" that he should help get a room first then we can come back and meet them. We went first to the hotel of "the other two" but "fortunately" there was no free space. We then moved to the CARLTON HOTEL which is just directly opposite The Gambia National Assembly where I was so fortunate to get a room which someone from Senegal had booked for but had cancelled. I checked into Room 106, did a few things and then moved over to meet the rest at the drinking spot. Here we discussed very briefly and our wonderful host opted for supper but I was unable to eat. We now arranged to meet at the same place the next day so that we could build a joint strategy against all odds. I went back to my room and had a good shower, prayed and then went to bed. Let me not forget to add here that when I came back from my hotel after just checking in, I was asked by NDANGAM of my room number which I STUPIDLY gave him; but until we left The Gambia, I never knew their room number and I made this clear to them on two occasions when I was not able to reach them. The story was just about to begin.

* ENTER MBINGLO, FEAR AND SOMNABOLIST

I have personally never really trusted Mr. HUMPHREY MBINGLO and my encounter in Banjul with him was quite interesting and really exposed who this man is: fear-drenched sleep-walker in the CAUSE FOR FREEDOM.I had met with him and his hotel and room mate, Mr. NDANGAM AUGUSTINE at about 8:20 am in the morning of Thursday, May 5 at the lobby of the COMMISSION. While NDANGAM was "busy" doing what could keep him "busy", I and MBINGLO sat on the same Sofa just opposite the entrance to the Hall were the Commission was sitting. I wish to bring our conversation to live as it was without any addition or subtraction and I will like to add that, what we discussed together was not meant for public consumption, but he once more showed his DIARRHEA OF THE MOUTH by airing sanctimonious trivialities against me and the SCYL with a false intent to discredit us. This is what transpired between us for close to forty minutes:

#MBINGLO: Akwanga, you do not know me, but you wrote certain issues without any verification and you even condemned me to death.

#AKWANGA: I do not write for writing sake but have always stated the facts as they are. If people do not want freedom and instead of allowing those who want to sacrifice for it to do it, instead decide to become a danger to the very CAUSE, they really deserve nothing but death. I will continue to say that all those who stand against this CAUSE must be killed because we cannot give in so much for a few individuals to come around and act as if we are mad or as if all these years we have been wasting our time and youth.

#MBINGLO: You people are always claiming to have suffered as if others too have not suffered. If you sentence me to death and others who are my enemies pass behind this to kill me, will my blood not be in your hands? You people must be careful when you make such statements. I too have suffered in this CAUSE.I went to jail too and, there is no prison which is different from another. Prison is prison and the three months that I was locked up at my age was enough prison, after-all in my case I did nothing to warrant it.

#AKWANGA: Pa MBINGLO! You have again lost the point. What are you talking about prison? Which prison did you go to which is comparable to those that most of the Southern Cameroons youth are going through? This is ridiculous! This is the same thing EBONG is saying that he went to jail for FOURTEEN MONTHS and I wonder aloud if someone like him or you can really spend a day in Kondengui and come out sounding normal again. Prison is not prison and so don't think that the prisons NELSON MANDELA, MARTIN LUTHER KING or GANDHI is the same with those THREE MONTHS YOU are saying you spent in jail. There is a great difference between detention and imprisonment. Another issue I want to ask you is this issue that you went to jail for doing nothing. So tell me who had gone to jail for this CAUSE for doing something? This is the same statement you made the other time accusing us who went to jail and even those still in jail as terrorist; that we were arrested because we carried acts of terrorism. This is rubbish and will not serve any of you. What terrorism too did Late MUKONG carried before AHIDJO made him a prison graduate? Which places did he burn down? Or what explosives did he steal? Or which gendarmes did he kill? I want you to know one thing: I have no regrets going to jail and will have no regrets to be back there again in the name of FREEDOM for the Southern Cameroons and if I have the means to kill or steal or destroy so that my people can be free, even if imprisonment will follow thereafter, I will gladly do so. You must be very careful the way you address these issues and you should know that you alone will be responsible for your every word. This is how your son took upon me because I spoke the truth but at end he wrote to me and we are talking because I was merely stating the facts. No one wants someone to die but the evil acts of others lead them to their own condemnation and these ones deserve nothing but death!

#MBINGLO: Yes you talk of my son and it was irrelevant to argue. But I want you to know that my son is a gentleman. My son is a gentleman.

#AKWANGA: Your son is a gentleman and we are what? We are what, criminals because we want freedom. We are forced into exile everyday; we are being killed; we are forced into jail, maimed and brutalised and you tell me that your son is a gentlemen? You are not serious and in fact I really don't think this is were I should talk to you because this avenue is not conducive but mark you that I will never eat my words. If I am talking to you it doesn't necessarily mean that I should talk to you friend NFOR NFOR.I have told you and I have told the world that because of his anti-people activities, NFOR NFOR must die. We cannot allow political adventurers to hold the peoples' CAUSE hostage.

#MBINGLO: You are always talking of NFOR NFOR. Can you tell me any one meeting or action of CAM that was organised and d NFOR was not there? Can you tell me one? This is the same question I asked YONGBANG twice and he could not answer. You people are just talking NFOR NFOR, NFOR NFOR.

#AKWANGA: Why are you always standing for him? The reason is simple: you are both the same. Which Cameroon Anglophone Movement are you talking of, and when did you and him join the mainstream of this CAUSE? When we were holding meetings at the WIMBUM women and men's Hall, where was that your NFOR NFOR? What about you? Has he not told you that it is AYABA the SCYL Scribe and myself who first took the message of this CAUSE to him when he was Fru Ndi's "political adviser" and having an office opposite the former GUARANTEE EXPRESS Bus Stop just around CITY CHEMIST ROUNDABOUT? You people just jumped into it and today you make yourself talking heroes. Look, we will no longer tolerate this. I came here because I have a message for the Commission: they can go on talking while our people are dying but we have decided as they talk we will be in the bush. I am not here to beg them but to state our facts that what is happening now in Buea can no longer be accepted and we will do our best to make them see that we too deserve the right to life and a decent living. To you, I want you to know that while many of you think we are cowards, that we just only talk, we are going to get you people up from your beds with the sounds of bazookas because, we do not need your hands to carry them; your fingers to pull the trigger; your legs to do the trekking; your mouth to tell the world nor your weakness and fear to keep us away from our plans. If we have not yet acted it is because we want to minimized the casualty but if you people do not stop those acts of treachery, then we will make sure most of you leave without even your bathing sleepers. We will bring it into your rooms and then when most of you unprepared are dying from the enemy’s bullet, you will remember this day that I told you these things.

#MBINGLO: Please, Mr. AKWANGA, there is something I want to appeal to you; I mean I want to beg you for. Please just listen to me and even if it is bad then you can decide. I want to beg that you people should please give us some little time before any action so that we see what this Commission and even the UNPO will do. If nothing happens then you can move ahead.

#AKWANGA: I heard what you have said but you must know that the SCYL does not make its programme on the programme of others so we will wait not for the UNPO or the ACHPR but because we are still arranging and when all will be set, no one will tell us that the time is now.

* ENTER NDANGAM THE CONSPIRATOR

I did discuss some other issues with MBINGLO which were just the issue of my talk with NDANGAM. We didn't talk for much but something was discovered in our discussion which shows that the two had conspired out of fear to pacify me to stay out of the Hall during the presentation by Prof. Anyangwe. After I finished with MBINGLO, some three minutes later Ndangam came and asked me that we both go for a discussion which I accepted. He took me at the far end of the SITTING LOUNGE and there we spoke:

#NDANGAM: Mr. AKWANGA, we greatly appreciate your coming and your presence here has made us glad. In fact just by bringing the Map is such a wonderful and GOD sent issue. I am indeed grateful. You know we will be presenting tomorrow and we are hoping that all goes well. I want to appeal that you know that on the original names of the witnesses file in the case your name is not there and it will not be good you enter the hall, but this does not mean if there is means we will not make you get in but you know that as a rule, you cannot seat in because your name is not there. Those from America whose names are there had personally written that they be included when the case was being filed and it will be difficult for you to stand in there as one of them or even as GUMNE because for him they know him well. You see we have a good case and we are afraid not to create any thing that will hinder us. I am just making an appeal to you not that I am forcing it. Since we have decided that it is Prof. Anyangwe who will present and that we all should meet and prepare the statement, if you have anything special to tell the COMMISSION, you can tell him to add and emphasised on your behalf.

#AKWANGA: I am sorry why this issue is coming up; Pa NDANGAM.I am not here to be seen but to be heard and will do only things in furtherance of the CAUSE. I know that I am not a witness in the case and my MISSION was to get things right not to come and be seen. I hope you know me fully well and what I am capable of doing. This is the same talk that MBINGLO raised with me and I want you to know that so far as Prof. Anyangwe is presenting, I personally have no worries. But I am equally surprised that though I was in jail when this case was being filed, why did you people not get one or two SCYL members to join in it, after-all we are the ones who suffer most and the only true living testimony of the carnage of ANNEXATION. This has always been the attitude of you people, always using us to do the dirty jobs and when it comes to time for exposure, we become the Leaders of tomorrow.

#NDANGAM: Thank you very much for your understanding. I just want to say that the issue you raised about SCYL representation was handled and you can find it out from GUMNE; that when we were filling the case, we wrote to all Groups including the SCYL asking each to send at least two representatives but the SCYL did not reply.

#AKWANGA: The SCYL mail was sent to who when the S.G who is based in Germany and had been in exile for long did not receive it?

#NDANGAM: Truly GUMNE posted the mail to Europe but I really do not know the exact place. When you reach Lagos, please try and find out from GUMNE for it is very vital that you know.

#AKWANGA: I will surely find out because it is very clear that you of the older generation have a problem with our generation: that of telling and concealing lies and, I will never be a part to it nor will the SCYL accept to play "the dirty games" for you people to take the credits. We have done this for too long now thinking that you people will understand that our main goal is FREEDOM FOR OUR COUNTRY AND PEOPLE. But helas, we have been used and deceived several times by your generation and every time any of us dare to speak out the truth, you then call us names, telling a docile world that we are insolent, rascals and lack the respect for our elders. We wonder how you people can call yourselves elders when your reaction towards issues of life and death has always been treachery, backstabbing, and criminal conspiracy against your people all in the name of what you call "stomactology". I am very sorry if my words are too strong for your liking but I cannot be anything softer than this because I have been stockpiled with venom in me all these years and the way things are going, I and my colleagues may be compelled to release part of it on your betraying generation before finishing the rest on the very dangerous thieving Biya Oligarchy.

#NDANGAM: I do fully understand your worries and I am very sorry. Thank you for understanding better the plight of our people and especially for the very vital documents you brought because these will serve as a real knockout to the other camp. It is for the interest of the CAUSE that you came over and I am personally grateful. We will have to meet before the final presentation so that we can build up our strategy though it will be just Professor Anyangwe who will be presenting on our behalf.

*PROF. ANYANGWE: AN EMBODIMENT OF COURAGE

Of the delegation already in Banjul, the first person I met was Professor Carlson Anyangwe who sounded so understanding and positive in the three days we shared together preparing for the final showdown. I will like to bring here to the best of my memory some of the issues that came up as we met as the peoples' representatives.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: I will like us to discuss a few vital issues now that we are here (over Lunch) so that we can get ready for any eventuality. I equally know and understand better the way our people's minds work and the way they think especially with all these shortcomings, betrayals and the rest, but we must still talk so that we can begin now to prepare for the future in case of a positive or negative reaction from the COMMISSION. Now, the question is simple: what do we do if the COMMISSION reacts "positively" to our submission knowing that a positive answer is not what we want but the full implementation of the final decision. We should also bear in mind that any decision will surely be sent to the African Union Head of States for Full implementation and without being pessimistic; we all know what will or might transpire. Now let us keep our minds open and ask ourselves what next if the answer is "positive" but the BIG BOYS tacitly or out rightly "refuse" implementation. Are we going to wait for another four decades, hoping that some GOOD BIG BOYS will emerge in the Continent to help implement it or are we going to make "empty noises" with the results knowing fully well that it will take us no way ahead but has only add to the impoverishment of our people and Country with all the numerous trips, hotel bills and other expenditures for nothing? Let us think aloud about it. The second scenario is that if the final decision is "negative", and we must know that a "negative" decision is as worst as a non-implementation of one and "legally" will bring the walls down on our legal pursuits. What then should we do? Let us clear our minds and think about this too.

#NDANGAM: (Quietly munching, he stares the other way while HITLER HUMPHREY MBINGLO watches him with a sympathetic eye expecting a reaction and when one was not forthcoming, he burst out).

#MBINGLO: (Expectedly showing his fears) I don't think this is the best time to think of such issues. Is it not so Mr. NDANGAM? (The later did not reply).

#PROF. ANYANGWE: To me, in any of the two scenario, we will be left with only one and only one option: a full-scale arm struggle.(He bend a little forward and got a nice piece of chicken behaving as if he has not even open his mouth yet on the issues he himself has just raised).

#MBINGLO: (With an outburst of fear, real fear). No, no, no, no, this is a dangerous suggestion and I do not agree. I think we have also the UNPO around that can help us in this legal issue and the best we can do is to give them sometime. Armed Struggle is too fast and we have not yet exhausted all other avenues.

#AKWANGA: This is not what we are talking about, Mr. MBINGLO. Prof. ANYANGWE is merely ringing an alarm bell and it is for us all to rise to the call. The issue of coming to the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights with our STRUGGLE to me and the SCYL was not to win the case but to let the world know that we have done our best but the brutal and barbaric dictator has refused to listen. Whether we accept here now or not, the SCYL is fully aware of how the minds and thoughts of African Rulers work and tick and no matter what, they will never ever give in to our FREEDOM the way you are thinking. WE MUST BE COMPELLED TO SEIZE IT! This is the truth and you must accept it now. Added to this, Prof. has told us of what happened to Mola NJOH LITUMBE, Professor KOFELE KALE and the BAKWERI LAND issue against La Republique. The COMMISSION here had thrown away the suit because the Corrupt and murderous Yaoundé Regime had branded a case document they claim to have won over the BAKWERIANS in GENEVA at the UNHRC, telling the BAKWERIANS that they cannot entertain the same suit which has been thrown out by another similar Court and went further to tell them to go back and exhaust all other "Domestic avenues" and we all understand what actually this mean. They were merely telling Mola NJOH and the others that "you are wasting your time". So, immediately the ACHPR decides on our CASE, we should call the whole Legal Pursuits closed, worst of all will be a "negative decision". We may not be the BLCC but let us not forget that the BLCC is part of us. Another issue is that which you talk of us being too fast. I wonder what actually you meant by that because we have waited for too long to gain back our FREEDOM, our GOD GIVEN FREEDOM and we of the SCYL will no longer accept the idea of waiting again. You must begin to decide where you really belong to and ask yourself if FREEDOM is really what we want. Fear will not be our potion and if anyone is afraid then it is enough time for people to change their origin, I mean their Country.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: Like I said before, we must start considering seriously this last option. No one can give us freedom unless we are determined to get it now and by ourselves or else all these years would have been nothing less of wastage and more of the very betrayal of our people. I know that the four of us here cannot take a final decision on this pertinent issue now but if we fail to start rethinking our strategy towards this issue, then we are only deceiving ourselves and mocking GOD.

#MBINGLO: I am only trying to say that we should not be in a hurry.

#AKWANGA: There is nothing like being in a hurry when each passing day is real HELL for our people. The recent occurrences in the University of Buea calls for us to act NOW before the Father of all DRAGONS destroy us all. All the same, like I said before, I am not here in BANJUL because I believe in this case or that any Legal pursuit will LIBERATE us, not at all! I am here because I am bearer of an urgent message to the COMMISSION: OUR PATIENCE RAN OUT LONG AGO and we are just playing for time in other to be fully prepared; and secondly, to bring the World focus on us now by physically confronting the Chief Envoy from Yaoundé. He is indeed very lucky to have tactically absented himself because even you who are here with me would have panicked to death. After-all, to us of the Youth League, there is no other jail that can be mightier than the Southern Cameroons. We have shone aside fear and taken upon ourselves the DIVINE MISSION in bringing down the Fortress and Bastion of this jail and we regret to say that we are far behind schedule. By asking all of us to think about the ARMED STRUGGLE, I think that Prof. ANYANGWE has only done justice by saving some of you people the "mental shock" and paralysis that would have engulfed you when WE SHALL COME IN AS PLAN.

*MY ENCOUNTER WITH PROF. ON THE HARD WAY ISSUE

One of the issues which crossed my mind since BANJUL 2005 and often give me the fortitude to forge ahead was my discussion with Professor Carlson Anyangwe on this very vital issue of "an armed struggle" which today has been made a real "taboo" in the circles of the older generation within and without the CAUSE. These exchanges actually came up before the encounter above amongst us and it truly give us a real insight of who the man, Professor Anyangwe is in this CAUSE.

#AKWANGA: I am deeply worried about these ideas of some of our people thinking that we can gain our freedom by moving from one SESSION of the ACHPR to another or by just "lobbying". We are acting worst than cowards and lesser than traitors for we seems not to know where we are heading to; traitors know they are heading for the graves but continue to be true to their calling but we are not even sure of what we want and why we want it. We seem not to have learned anything from the ashes of HISTORY. Instead of facing the one and only common foe, the old guard seems to have left the object and think the SCYL is the shadow they should chase. Why do these men of NFOR NFOR and his team think that by painting us as terrorist or whatever they call us will bring freedom to our people? Can these older generations of traitors, murderers, cowards, cheats and liars withstand an onslaught from the SCYL? These men and women will go as far as plotting with the FORCES OF REPRESSION - the gendarmes to kill our Secretary-General, plot against me here in ABUJA and call us all type of names while babying the Dragon.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: I have told NFOR and the others several times to stop this issue of focussing their weapons against the SCYL and to do something meaningful that will keep the common enemy out of out HOMELAND.I really wonder whether they are listening. This is too bad for our CAUSE and I begin to think what would happen if the SCYL, as the youths who are more vibrant and stronger will have to hit back: this will be total disaster and this is why I am asking you people to restrain for the common good of our people.

#AKWANGA: Prof., history teaches that DIPLOMACY and an ARMED STRUGGLE move hand in hand but the same history has equally taught us that in a situation like ours; in a world which is too slow to act but too quick to condemn; in a world where there are no permanent friends but permanent interest and temporal allies; that DIPLOMACY has never PRECEEDED the ARMED STRUGGLE, but where DIPLOMACY has been called to use, the GUNS must have spoken the Language best understood by TYRANTS and a very DOCILE WORLD giving room for the Master-craftsman called DIPLOMACY to share fruits of the gun. The ANC, the Namibians with SWAPO, UNITA and the MPLA in Angola, RENAMO and FRELIMO in Mozambique, the cases in Cote d’Ivoire and the DRC are some of the very few examples. We spend millions everyday flying to GENEVA, BANJUL and elsewhere in the name of DIPLOMACY and some even tell us that: our struggle will be resolved without any blood shared" as if all those who have be killed had no blood but water flowing through their veins or as if they did not have enough blood in their system for them to tell the world it was blood shared innocently. I wonder how we can really "make peace" with these generation. I am sorry that you are a part of it but wish to thank GOD for not making you one of them. I am indeed a very bitter man and I wonder whether some of these people have never sat and asked themselves why some of us are still alive despite all the very barbaric persecutions and death threats we are going through. Do they think it is because we are sinless? No, not at all for most of us are real sinners; but the GOOD LORD has Ordained us to complete HIS Mission for HIS People and we are only following ORDERS. We are ready to go to any length until the job is complete and freedom comes to our people and Country.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: Just move ahead with your plans because none of us can match any of you in this hour of reckoning. It is your destiny! It is your children and your children's children’s destiny that is at stake! Examine your conscience and do what you know is right for when HISTORY will seat on the throne of judgement, it will be you and your service to your people and it will be me and whatever contribution I made when my people needed me most. Keep all sensitive issues out of the FORUM and prepare hard making sure that those you still can trust are in the know of the "DAY BEFORE DAWN"(my addition).

D/ THE LAST DANCE OF THE DRAGONITES
Enter Isaac Oben Enow, Theodore Leke, Samuel Tita and Tambe Daniel Agbor
Before I Left Lagos that fateful day of May 4, 2005 on board Flight B3 250 of BOEING 737 of the Belleview airlines, I Knew that somewhere in BANJUL will be four men of our own blood, four JUDASES who will becoming to give us, the People of the Southern Cameroons the last kiss of betrayal before the ever ready VAMPIRE CHIEF and Master DRAGON will lead us to the guillotine. Yes, I knew that I will meet them, but I had made up my mind on what to do to them because one of my priority was to stop these Dragonites in the most scandalous manner in other to send a warning to their paymaster that we were not born cowards and bad traitors and therefore we are prepared to go to any length to rid our blood off such shameful scar. I was indeed fully equipped for this mission and ready to take upon them even at the detriment of what might happen to me even in my hotel room.

I was rather "unfortunate" not to meet these Dragonites upon arrival but learnt from the NDANGAM-MBINGLO duo that they were around for they were seen within the premises of the CORINTHIAN ATLANTIC HOTEL were the SESSION was holding. I was sitting opposite Professor Anyangwe in the Hotel Lodge on Thursday, May 5, 2005 when I saw these "good men made criminals" by greed and short-sightedness. Prof. actually had never seen any of these con-men and did not know any of them until I quietly pointed to him THEODORE LEKE, who was in a typical North Korean brown suit with a black fibre traditional hat which had taken a place on his head like the medal which was giving to FERDINAND OYONO'S Meka in "The Old Man and The Medal". He had a an immaculate brown hand bag which was hanging on his left shoulder and which had all the symbol of the type of bag one can get only from Okrika in either Muea, Great Soppo or Mutengene Markets. In fact, Prof. Anyangwe was full with so much anger that I became turn between beating his record of anger at that moment by doing something SCYL or just to play cool. It was then that I remember the old adage which states that a man went complaining of not having shoes until he met someone who had no feet at all. I for once decided to play cool waiting for my hour which was only to come in the late morning hours of Friday, May 6, 2005.

I have just finished a round of "diabolic negotiations" with the devil's advocate who were lecturing me on the necessity of not entering the main Conference Hall when Professor Anyangwe will be presenting on behalf of the People of the Southern Cameroons. It should be in record that the whole idea was cooked up by Prince HITLER HUMPHREY MBINGLO who then tacitly compelled his craftier mate, AUGUSTINE FEH NDANGAM to conclude the illicit deal. I have explained myself on this and will leave the rest for an in-house SCYL REHCOCO in the days ahead. Prof. Anyangwe was busy preparing himself psychologically for the showdown when LEKE moved towards him, coming from the end of the sleeping quarters. Prof. was sitting opposite me on a six- place seating cushion while the other two in "our delegation" were on another sitting place just after us. As LEKE approached, he was closely followed by one TAMBE DANIEL, a Lawyer, Dr. TITA, a sociologist(only OBEN, the man who was mistakenly addressed "Chief" by Sadou Hayatou during the Tripartite Masquerade of the 90's and who sees himself as the National Chairman of the SCNC Faction No. 4 was not there).

As LEKE approached, I tactically stood and technically walk away building up my trap. I then moved to one of the empty seats where the duo were seated. After exchanging some words with Prof., and with TAMBE DANIEL telling him of how he taught him Law in the Yaoundé University, and with Dr. TITA showing off his babou babou jacket cum coat with a typical single broken as if it has been stroke by a lightening of the type of the Grazier - Farmers battle in Menchum, the very interesting and cunning LEKE then moved towards our direction. He looked at me intensely and was surprised and even betrayed his signs of shock to see me in BANJUL. As a great playmaker, he gathered himself and gave me a handshake and burst out aloud saying:

"This is indeed wonderful. AH, ah! What a pleasant surprise. In fact if I did not come closer I couldn't have made you out. Really I was not aware you were the one sitting. Can you imagine that if not of your wife I would have died when I was arrested in FONTEM? No one came to my aid but her and I never knew she was your wife. She fed me and did all for me to stay courageous. I even sent you a letter through her while you were in jail and I really want to thank you. Wonderful to see you - God is indeed grate!"

As he was busy speaking, Dr. TITA became interested and came over leaving the former student of Law and his former Lecturer to talk about Yaoundé, though the former Lecturer had really not like the encounter for he was indeed so bitter that he told me that he really do not want to meet any from these quadruplet of traitors. Dr. TITA looked over me, though he is not a very tall man, he bend forward a little and gave over his hand asking a rhetorical question which LEKE was compelled to answer with the view of letting him know that he knows me very well because he is of the house for long.

"Who is this?" Dr. TITA asked.

"This is Mr. AKWANGA, the Leader of the Southern Cameroons Youth League. I am myself surprise to see him again after all these years. It is indeed wonderful", said LEKE.

"What? This is the one person I have heard so much about, read so much about, see his films and even talk so much of him as if I had known him. I cannot believe this! Had someone told me that one day I will meet face to face with this hero of our Struggle then I couldn't have believe. Thank GOD that I came to BANJUL for my eyes have seen the one person I have been longing to see physically all these years. In fact, I thought he is one of the workers of the COMMISSION and I even thought he was a Gambian. This is really a miracle" said Dr. TITA.

I was personally so angry that all what was coming out of this TITA man's mouth was like a needle piercing me so I decided to get up and ask LEKE to follow me to another sitting arrangement which was twenty metres from the others. I seated him down and then passed my message.

#AKWANGA: LEKE, I am not used to saying what I am going to say now to you straight away but I am compelled to do so now. You see, you are my brother from LEBIALEM and instead of making me a proud man and give a positive mark to the brave efforts of the hardworking people of this beautiful Land, you have instead brought shame, curse and disgrace to us. Frankly, I have decided to call you aside because this is now a matter of blood and if today anyone is to kill you for all these mess, I want to assure you that it will be my own gun. No matter what, Mr. LEKE, for all what you have scarified for in this CAUSE all these years, can you really tell me which amount of money you think can pay you for all these? What shame and disgrace, Mr. LEKE have you brought to us?

#LEKE: Thank you very much, Chairman and my brother. I know you have heard so much about this issue but what you did as a mistake was because you did not even try to hear my own story but went ahead to sack me from your Government. Anyway, I have not taken any money from Yaoundé and I only got into this because the Minister of Justice called me and said that I should come over with a delegation of three to meet with him for dialogue. I brought this message to the SCNC telling them that we should not refuse to go and dialogue but it seems they were not interested; added to this, I told the Minister, AMADOU ALI that we cannot come with a three man delegation because it will not be representative and he finally accepted. So when the SCNC refused to go for the dialogue, I couldn't again risk my life by not going with a delegation because of all the sufferings I have gone through. I knew that if I fail to go, they will surely kill me. This is how I went to Yaoundé with the others. After-all, when I was suffering all these years, how many came to my aid? What did the SCNC do if not of your wife I would have died in detention in FONTEM?

#AKWANGA: All what you are saying to me still does not give you any justification to betray your people and Country. If you can act this way, what do you expect from all those out there who were looking up to you as a symbol of resistance? What will you tell them if they face you? What type of legacy are you leaving for your children and grand children? This is ridicule, LEKE, and I want to inform you that I have told my wife about your disgraceful dealings and she is so angry with you and you have just open up a deeper hole on the wound FOSSUNG gave to our people. I know that you did this because you think others too have betrayed and gone free. This is a big mistake! No traitor will ever go free and even if the hammer of vengeance misses you now, your conscience will never spare you and I know that there are many people that you of everybody cannot face today. What a disgrace! You see, I was planning to beat you people up in front of the Conference room when the Minister of La Republique would have been present but thank GOD that he is not around and that the COMMISSION has saved itself an embarrassment by "throwing you people out" otherwise I would have used you people to bring down the greatest scandal in history between the two sides.

#LEKE: Nfor and all the other graffi people are there taking money from the Biya Government and are passing around for the CAUSE yet it is only me that people are talking when I have not even taking anything yet.

#AKWANGA: Please don't get me angrier by talking about NFOR NGALLA NFOR. If he and the others are taking money to sell the people they are doing it for greed and as individuals not as what you are calling graffi people. And if even you know they have done something evil by betraying the CAUSE, should you also join their evil choir to sing their song? There is no justification .Now you are talking of graffi people. Just take a look of your delegation and tell me whether it is even. Three from the Southern Zone, and one from the Northern Zone? If it was composed like that from the other end are you not going to cry graffi domination? LEKE, I am talking to you for the first and last time: come back to your senses and come back HOME because your people and Country needs you. Come HOME if you cherish freedom and a better future for your children. Get back to your people and repent, truly repent and I am sure you will be forgiven and taken back after-all we are a GOD-FEARING people and as Christians we know we are all sinners. Come back HOME before it is too late or your people will tomorrow mistake you for a gendarme or an enemy force. If you repent now, we will accept but we may never really trust you fully again or immediately and it will be for you to climb back the ladder upwards in the same way you brought yourself down. I myself cannot really trust you fully again but it will not only save your soul but makes you better than all the other criminals amongst us with all those who support their evil deeds. This is a message for you and your team. Either you all come back to your senses or SOCADEF will be the ones to tell your story!

* THE OTHER SIDE OF DR. GUMNE

I have tried in my own small way to explain what really happened before I left for BANJUL but the drama that unfolded upon my return leaves a lot to be desired with so much needed explanation. Does it really need an explanation? I have told you people how Dr. KEVIN NGWANG GUMNE without any technical problem change his mobile number one day before I left for BANJUL and how I did not only almost missed my flight but equally would have missed the Flight for reasons only he can explain. While not putting him on a stand, I HAVE MADE UP MY MIND; never again to trust him in anything for I am now as scared of him even more than the DRAGON. This is the tale from LAGOS and I will like it to be appreciated as it is.

We all, I mean the Official delegation left BANJUL on Flight B3 251 of BOEING 737 of Belleview airlines at 11:40 am on Saturday, May 7,2005 and we arrived the MURITALA MOHAMMED INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at about 17:50 pm. Prof. and the two others took a Mercedes Benz 200 painted yellow for the VICTORIA ISLAND RESIDENCE of Professor NFOR N. SUSUNGI. Before leaving The Gambia, we had all agreed to meet in Lagos and come out with a joint-communiqué not just on the proceedings in BANJUL but also on the attitude of the Yaoundé delegation and the LEKE QUADRUPLETES.I had a friend who came over to pick me up and who is the care-taker of the abandoned building of the STANDARD TRUST BANK which I have been leaving in prior to my mission to BANJUL.

The next day, I waited for a call from Dr. GUMNE who actually was the host of the others to no avail so I was compel to call his line. Note that this was on Sunday the 9TH.I made the first call at about 10am and this is what I told him.

#AKWANGA: Doc. I have been waiting for your call since I arrived back but you did not call. You know I can't come over there because Prof. SUSUNGI had said he doesn't want to see me in his house(I am a terrorist and a wanted man because I want freedom for my people and people are so scared to associate with me not to talk of having me in their premises. I have no regrets) so please let me know when and where we will meet for the drafting of the final report.

#DR. GUMNE: I will call you later because we are busy now.

I waited up to a few minutes pass Midday and called again knowing that the other two have to return to the Southern Cameroons via La Republique that day and so too was Prof. Anyangwe returning to LUSAKA, ZAMBIA. This is how our second phone conversation was.

#AKWANGA: (With some anger in my voice) what is really happening Doc. that you did not care to even call me back as we discussed? You know that I don't know LAGOS better and I will like to share a "bottle each" with the others after we finish the report before they can go and it will be a pleasant occasion to put a few things for the CAUSE right.

#DR.GUMNE: I told you that I will call you for we are very busy now. Just be patient for I will get back to you soon.

I once kept my calm only to realise that it was 2:30 pm and GUMNE'S call was no where nearer to be made. Beside me where WESLEY ANGONI TIKU of the SCYL who knows Prof. SUSUNGI'S house and Barrister NKEA ALEAMBONG EMMANUEL ,one of SCYL'S Founding Member who has just escaped from Hell over the BANJUL CASE ISSUE( His real life story will becoming up soon) and it was NKEA who asked me to call again. I did exactly that.

#AKWANGA: This is Akwanga.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: Hello, Akwanga, this is Prof. Anyangwe. How are you?

#AKWANGA: I am not that bad Prof. I have called Dr. GUMNE twice already thinking he will call me so that we all meet as plan in BANJUL for the Report and so that I can give you each a beer but he seems not to be interested and he keeps on telling me to wait. You know I can't come over there.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: But you told me that you know the house nor.

#AKWANGA: Frankly, I do not know the house though I have been there once when DR.GUMNE took me on the orders of Prof. SUSUNGI who was in INDIA at the time for a business trip. I can't make out the house and beside that even if I know the house I will not like to be there. Actually there is this issue that I really did not want to tell that THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE HAVE SAID HE DOESN'T WANT TO SEE ME in his house and I am not happy with this statement and I cannot forced myself there.

#PROF. ANYANGWE: Well this is GUMNE it is better that I pass him over so that you talk to him directly.

#AKWANGA: Okay give him the line. Doc. Can you let me know what is happening?

#DR. GUMNE: I told you that I am going to call you.

I waited for another thirty minutes and since no call was forth coming, we decided that WESLEY and Barrister NKEA should move over to Prof. SUSUNGI'S house and find out what was happening; again it was imperative that Prof. Anyangwe and Barrister NKEA meet face to face since the later was supposed actually to meet the former before the former leaves for BANJUL. When the two envoys arrived SUSUNGI'S house, they were told by Prof. Anyangwe that they were not aware of the where about of DR.GUMNE and it was then clear that he had taken-off from the house after our last talk over the phone and no one seems to know where actually he went to. WESLEY and EMMANUEL sat there up to 7:20 pm when they saw DR.GUMNE entered with a bag of some fruits he must have gone to buy. While he was buying the fruits, Prof. Anyangwe was busy working on the REPORT which he later on signed and the next time DR.GUMNE called me was WEDNESDAY, MAY 12,2005 at about 8:30 am and the call was received by Barrister NKEA who told him that I was not around as I have asked him to do. He called my number once again and the phone of Mr. TIKU once also to find out if I was still around in LAGOS.I have decided never again to pick a call from him and my colleagues too accepted the decision and this decision will stay even as I came to learn that he is in the United States (He had told me that he will be going to The States for some very important family matters. This was as "we" were preparing for the trip to BANJUL.).

THE MBINGLO DISCLOSURE AT SUSUNGI’S HOUSE

This Report will be incomplete without the disclosures made by Prince Humphrey Hitler MBINGLO at the residence of Prof. SUSUNGI while Barrister NKEA and Wesley AGONI were there. In response to an ordeal narrated by Wesley AGONI TIKU as to how life in Lagos is hell on earth; that he sleeps in an abandoned structure, goes for days without food and water and above all his unattended failing sight due to Police brutality in the Southern Cameroons, MBINGLO replied “My son if things are not moving here return home, I assure you nothing will happen to you… We are building a safe place for you people out there…” He then called Wesley aside and gave to him 500 naira as a widow’s might. The issue here is that the Prince seems to take the constant persecution of the Youths as a child’s play. Here was Barrister NKEA who had just escaped from the claws of La Republique Du Cameroun, and beside him was Mr Prince MBINGLO urging another asylee to return to the territory. It is true that while the Youths are being persecuted on a daily basis MBINGLO and Co are busy using BANJUL in playing romance with the common enemy.

THE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
As I continue down to the concluding stages of this REPORT and try to search my Heart for an answer as to Why the older generation, who either by commission or omission had participated in “willingly selling us into Slavery”, have always betrayed the Youths, the attitude of Dr GUMNE, Prince MBINGLO, and Mr NDANGAM leaves us of the SCYL with the following unanswered questions which we reproduce here below for your consumption.

I      ABOUT Dr. GUMNE

1 Why did Dr GUMNE take me to the outskirt of Lagos which almost caused my flight to BANJUL?

2 Who was he to meet there?

3 Why did he take me there when he knew I was not to be allowed to meet HIS MAN?

4 Was this his Contact too important for me to Know?

5 Why did he not tell me he was not to travel to BANJUL?

6 Why did he change his Mobile Phone Line just the night before my departure?

7 When was the decision that the Lawyer and Gumne were not to travel to BANJUL taken? Was it before or after the Funding had taken place?

8 If the decision was taken before, why did he still receive the Funds meant for the two of them to travel to BANJUL? Is this act not equal to Misappropriation of Public funds?

9 If the decision was taken after, why did he not augment the funding of Mr AKWANGA? Taking that Dr GUMNE told me that he knew the 750 dollars for me was not to be enough for my transport and upkeep?

10 Why did GUMNE who had already received funding for a trip he was not to take deep his hands again and withdrew 50 dollars from the lesser amount I had?

11 Why did GUMNE who hired a car that morning just 10 metres off my hide out not pick me up for the air port contrary to what we had arranged the night before?

12 If GUMNE says he did not know precisely where I was, why did he not give me a ring before leaving for the air port especially after I had told him I did not know the way to the air port well?

13 Why did GUMNE only call me when he was close to the air port?

14 Did GUMNE not know that the out come of Banjul would be this serious?

15 Did he think Banjul will be just another Abuja? Why is he jittering now?

16 Why did GUMNE technically keep me out of the final drafting Report by asking me to wait?

17 Why did GUMNE only call me three days after the game he played on me not to take part in the drafting of the final Report?

18 WERE ALL THESE a systematic calculation at my life, the Banjul trip or WHAT? I am begging for the answers!!!!!!!

II      ABOUT Mr. (Prince) Humphrey Hitler MBINGLO

1 Why did MBINGLO need to take time off to persuade me not to enter the hall?

2 Why did I need to go to Banjul at all when I was not to be allowed to get in by nobody else but my own purported Comrades?

3 Was there any hidden agenda?

4 Was MBINGLO executing one of the terms of his agreement with La Republique which led to his appointment as Chairman of the TENDERS board in the Governor’s office of the Northern Zone?

5 If Prince NDOKI ESUKA MUKETE was denied by us because of his participation in, and appointment into FECAFOOT, can the appointment of this other Prince into the corridors of power within La Republique du Cameroun be anything different?

6 Why did MBINGLO need to lure an SCYL member back into the territory?

7 Is it true that nothing will happen to an exiled youth if he returns home, Is MBINGLO ignorant of all the atrocities back home?

8 Why has MBINGLO not urged his own son to return to the territory?

9 Did GUMNE not raise suspicion on MBINGLO and NFOR NGALLA at the 36th session in Senegal in December 2004?

10 Who is fooling who? I am begging for answers to these questions!

III      ABOUT MR Augustine FEH NDANGAM

1 Why did NDANGAM join MBINGLO in persuading me to stay out of the hall?

2 Are they common partners in the same crime?

3 Is it not true that NDANGAM is a senior member of the Justice and Development Party (JDP)?

4 Is It Not TRUE that the JDP is an off shoot of SCAPO?

5 Is this spirit of politicking within La Republique’s backyard consistent with the drive for Independence as called for by all including SCAPO?

6 Why was the issue of my staying out of the hall not discussed in the presence of Prof ANYANGWE?

7 Why Was NDANGAM and MBINGLO so scared over the discussion of an eventual armed struggle?

8 Why did NDANGAM and MBINGLO need to address a press conference in Bamenda after Banjul to lie that it was because I am a terrorist that is why they asked me to stay out of the hall in Banjul?

9 Will these fellows ever dare address me or any other SCYL Member a terrorist in the face without getting the requisite dose?

10 Is the JDP Not a fall back position of SCAPO within the Federalist context? All these questions are begging for answers!

Therefore, Safe as otherwise decided, the SCYL has now resolved to dissociate herself from any business what so ever with SCAPO or in which SCAPO plays Central position. This is why the SCYL has been reluctant to get involved in the recent Call by SCAPO for the creation of the Southern Cameroons Executive Council (SCEC). This is so because SCAPO has now joined the bandwagon of the other Movements which rather spend their efforts on attacking the SCYL rather than the common enemy.

CONCLUSION

I know that it has taken too long for this report to be written but the whole issue has been my very precarious health condition. I equally know that my dear wife has been so worried about me sending out this report because of her legitimate fears and concern on what may happen to her husband. I dearly love her and share her great worries but what else can one do as a Leader if these things are not brought to the knowledge of all. I am indeed grateful to Comrades Gabriel MANJE, Dr. Martin AYONG AYIM, Dr John FOBANJONG and Isaac FOMBUH. I really appreciate your efforts for sending me to The Gambia even at a very short notice and for making me take my first trip by the BIG BIRD. Special thanks to all the great people of The Gambia who gave me so much hope and encouragement for a brighter tomorrow and to you. Dr. AYIM for being there when the tides were too low and the waves were tossing me afar.

I will like to use this opportunity to inform all those who may be interested in sending the SCYL Leader on a daring trip of this magnitude that we must always prepare in time, be there at least a day before the commencement and to be financially equipped to avoid any further embarrassment like the one that almost befall me in BANJUL.. And today even those who knock my hotel room at 2:30 am in the morning of my departure from The Gambia telling me that they were outside waiting for me, their identity and mission remains a mystery to me and may be for the history of our broken and battered people and Country. I am delighted that the misfortune that has befallen Barrister NKEA EMMANUEL has become a real fortune to our great CAUSE as he was there to get this REPORT to you. For the rest of the other Reports, I leave it to my discussion within the REHCOCO for the great benefit of OUR GREAT AND DIVINE CAUSE.
